Caleb Update

Caleb is obsessed with Mario Bros., so when he turned 6 this Summer, we had a Mario themed birthday.




He started 1st Grade this year and loves to read and play with his friends at school.



He also got to be the ring bearer at Ang and Miles' wedding in October. He took this responsibility very seriously. He took his dancing at the wedding even more seriously. (I wish I had some photos. It was hilarious!!)



For Halloween he was, yep...Mario. It seems to have been the popular choice in Wichita and I almost didn't find him a costume. But I finally found one and he loved every minute he was dressed up.

He is such a funny kid. He is definitely mini-Rob. He loves to build things and find out how things work. When he goes to the library, he always gets educational books, never fiction ones. Some of his favorite shows are on the Military Channel and the History Channel. He is also obsessed with sharks. He can name about every shark species there is and just how dangerous each one is. I can't wait to see how he grows in 2011!

Paige

Paige has been doing some fun things these last few months.



In October, she got to go to General Conference with me, Rob and Grandma Butler. It was a great experience and a georgeous Autumn day.


She was a beautiful flower girl at Ang and Miles' October Wedding.



She got a part in the 3rd grade Christmas music program for her school. (And got to play a mean girl.)


And she turned 9 a few weeks ago! I can't believe she is halfway to being an adult. I need her to stop growing up already. She is a great kid and I know she will grow up to be an amazing person.

Way too long...

I know...you can pick your jaws up off the floor. I could come up with a million reasons, but I won't bore you. I have to print some pictures of Lily for her SUNBEAM teacher to use in a lesson. I can't believe she is in Primary now! It seems just like yesterday I was looking at this:

Lily is such a fun kid. I love this age. This photo was on Sunday before her first official day as a Sunbeam. I can't wait to see her in Primary every week. Believe it or not, she is one of the reverent ones. Love you, Lily!

Abandoned a little early by their momma, the kids (me) have had fun taking extra care of them. Sadly, Paige has found out that she is rather allergic to cats. Oops!

Jack Gabba Gabba

Lily loves to watch Yo Gabba Gabba. Lately, I have noticed that Jack will sit for a bit and enjoy the silliness, too. Little did I know that he would develop his own "Dancey Dance". We decided that we had to catch him on tape. (This kid is starting to be a ham.) I can't wait to see more of his personality develop. I thought we should share the cuteness...
